Has 2 beds consisting of double and single-sized beds, a dresser table convertible to a study table, a coffee table set, refrigerator and cable-ready colored Television. This cozy and beautifully decorated room exudes a homely atmosphere. The 46 De Luxe rooms are distributed at the 3rd-4th flrs.
Furnished like a De Luxe room and also known as a Business Class guest room. The only difference is that the bathroom has a bathtub. Two (2) Super de Luxe were designed for handicaps, having no bathtubs. All 42 Super de Luxe rooms are situated at the 2nd-3rd floors of the Hotel.
The Junior Suite is a 1-bedroom suite with a roomy sitting area. This spacious room is furnished with an attractive king sized bed, dining set for 4 persons round coffe table with 2 armchairs, dresser table, cable-equipped colored TV & refrigerator. Walk-in closet & Bathtub in its sizeable Bathroom. The one & only Junior Suite is located at the 4th floor.

Terms & conditions:
- Maximum of two (2) children below 7 years of age will be free of charge with joining with adult/s in the room but not entitled for a free plated breakfast.
- Strictly no outside food allowed inside the Hotel.

- Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Cancellation Charges for Guaranteed Reservations:
Peak Season
a. Exception to the rule during FULLY booked status, the Hotel shall charge the total number of rooms reserved and the whole duration of stay regardless of when the rooms reserved and when is was cancelled.
Non-Peak Season
b. Before seven (7) days: 50% penalty charge of one (1) night’s room rate for each room reserved.
c. Within seven (7) days: 75% penalty charge of one (1) night’s room rate for each room reserved.
d. A day before: 100% penalty charge of one (1) night’s room rate for each room reserved.
No Show for Guaranteed Reservation:
a. Regardless of seasons, No Show reservation/s will be 100% forfeited.
Rebooking for Guaranteed Reservation : Peak Season
b. No penalty on rebooking of reservation but must be rebooked three (3) days before the original date of reservation during peak seasons.
c. Rebooking on the day of reservation will be considered as “no Show and 100% forfeited.
d. Rebooking after the day of reservation will not be accepted and will be considered as “No Show” and 100% forfeited.
e. If rescheduled reservation date falls on a non-peak season, the room rate difference of a peak to non-peak season will not be refunded.
Rebooking for Guaranteed Reservation: Non-Peak Season
f. No penalty on rebooking of reservation but must be rebooked the day before the original date of reservation during non-peak seasons.
g. Rebooking on the day of reservation during non-peak seasons is the Sales Manager discretion to charge or not charge.
h. Rebooking after the day of reservation will not be accepted and will be considered as “No Show” and 100% forfeited.
i. If rescheduled reservation date falls on the peak season, the room rate difference of a non-peak to a peak season will be charged.
